Order Shipping and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post services with insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Other delivery services are available upon special request.
Canadian Customers: All orders are shipped from our Canadian head office warehouse located in BC. There are never any import fees, brokerage, or duties. Only federal taxes (GST/HST) are applied on orders destined outside of BC.
US Customers: We regret that we are not able to serve US customers at this time.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please let us know. We will provide you with a return authorization number, and instructions for sending the package back to us.
